Theme: “Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion”

This month, The Long and Short Stories of Life will honor women from every background who work hard, speak loud, and bring attention to inequality and injustice across our country.
American women didn’t begin advocating for equity, diversity, and Inclusion in the 21st century, but from the earliest days, they’ve been at the forefront of settling this country. Women like Harriet Tubman, Susan B. Anthony, and Eleanor Roosevelt have had a wide-ranging and colossal impact on every aspect of our society.
As I prepare to honor American Women, I can’t forget the many who have influenced me personally through their histories, their stories, their lifestyles, and their fashion styles. Today, women are in the forefront of determining the politics and social policies that are advancing the country. The Long and Short Stories will look at historical women and the workers who are still in the trenches.
I’ll also look at women who have kept us sane, gave us hope, made us smile, and who are ingrained in the fabric of America. While it’s true that every month is Women’s History month just as every month is Black History Month, it’s necessary to pause and respect the historically, hard-won battles women have fought to move this country forward.
Hi,
I look forward to reading your articles about women who have paved the way in the USA.
Take care and I hope you are doing well.
Shalom shalom
